1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including passengers, corporate clients, and website visitors.

2. Service Description

Limo Booking provides premium chauffeur and transportation services across Europe. Our services include:

• Airport transfers
• Hourly chauffeur hire
• Point-to-point transfers
• Corporate transportation
• Event transportation
• Long-distance travel

All services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Booking Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Correct pickup and drop-off addresses
• Accurate passenger count
• Flight details (for airport transfers)
• Contact information
• Special requirements

3.3 Booking Amendments

Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will accommodate changes where possible, but cannot guarantee availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT
• Transfer prices are fixed for the quoted route
• Hourly rates apply for time-based bookings
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or route changes
• Tolls, parking, and gratuity are included unless otherwise stated

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Cash (by prior arrangement)
• Corporate invoice (approved accounts only)

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

• Private bookings: Full payment at time of booking or before service
• Corporate accounts: As per agreed terms (typically NET 30)

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Standard Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
• 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% charge
• No-show: 100% charge

5.2 Special Events

For special events (weddings, galas, etc.) and long-distance bookings:

• More than 7 days before: Full refund
• 3-7 days before: 50% charge
• Less than 3 days before: 100% charge

5.3 Cancellation by Limo Booking

In rare circumstances where we must cancel (vehicle breakdown, force majeure, etc.), we will offer an alternative vehicle or full refund. We are not liable for any consequential damages.

6. Waiting Time

6.1 Airport Pickups

We include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time. Additional waiting time is charged at €25 per 30 minutes.

6.2 Other Pickups

We include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time is charged at €25 per 30 minutes.

6.3 Hourly Bookings

Waiting time during hourly bookings is included in the hourly rate.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time
• Wear seatbelts at all times
• Not smoke or vape in vehicles
• Not consume alcohol excessively
• Treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
• Not transport illegal items
• Inform us of any damage caused to the vehicle

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if these responsibilities are breached.

8. Luggage and Personal Items

• Standard luggage allowance varies by vehicle class
• Excess luggage must be declared at booking
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
• Found items will be held for 30 days before disposal
• Hazardous materials are prohibited

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Our Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. However, our liability is limited to:

• Direct damages caused by our negligence
• Personal injury claims as covered by our insurance

9.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights or connections
• Loss of business or consequential damages
• Loss or damage to personal belongings

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather conditions
• Civil unrest or terrorism
• Government actions
• Pandemics
• Road closures or accidents

11. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service:

• Contact us within 7 days of the service
• Provide your booking reference and details of the complaint
• We will investigate and respond within 14 days

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Limo Booking and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frankfurt am Main.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
